Live Correction, Not Pre-Recorded Lectures
We refuse to sell pre-recorded video courses. Every technique is taught live. When a student miscalculates an angle on a gemstone facet, an expert instructor catches it instantly. This prevents bad habits from forming and accelerates mastery.

Industry Evaluation Standards
We grade student work the way an NJA judge evaluates an entry: technical accuracy first, aesthetic brilliance second. By the time an R3 student submits an award entry, they've been trained to the judge's exact criteria.
